Thank you for taking a look at our website! I am Katie Gutierrez our events coordinator here at the ballroom and I am so excited to be a part of Pacific Crest Grand Ballroom and everything it has to offer. You may or may not know that the ownership and management changed over to us in September of 2011 and since then we have made great improvements to the ballroom.
There are three separate spaces in the ballroom but all connected for having an event here. Our Grand ballroom is our biggest and most popular ballroom; it features 12 gorgeous chandeliers and a stunning hard wood floor. These are all simple yet drastic changes to the ballroom we think you will enjoy. We applied new paint and removed the carpet that was on the entry way of the ballroom.
The Northwest ballroom is a great space that I think to have had the biggest change. We changed the color to warm browns to soften the feel in the room-before it was red and a little dark. We also installed a new wood floor! Before there was wintergreen carpet that had to go!
Last we have the Willamette Ballroom. This is where typically we have the ceremony held in the ballroom. Before the change it was an orange metallic that wasn’t showcasing the room’s features. We softened up the color with a warm tan color- the same as the other two ballrooms and it has really come alive into a beautiful space.
We are also excited about our very special Bridal Room. We have an intimate location for the bride and her attendants to get ready or hide out before the ceremony. Connected to the bathroom it is a great hide-away for the anxious bride ready to see her groom.
With all of these changes in mind we invite our friends new and old to contact me to schedule a time to see the space. We are excited to share it with couples looking for the perfect place to come together as man and wife.
